Please provide us with the following data:
  • Your name and email address
  • Your EasyMoodle service name
  • A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing

Our Commitment:
  • We will reply and, when possible, resolve all inquiries within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm Central European Time-CET). Email responses will include a case number (ticket).
  • We will inform you within the day we reply to your enquiry if the issue requires further investigation.
  • We strive to resolve all customer technical support issues within 24 hours or, in case of complex issues, within a maximum of five business days.
